A Maryland native, Mr. Abraham earned his undergraduate degree at Ohio Wesleyan University. His Juris Doctor was awarded by Capital University Law School, where he was elected President of the law school’s student body and served on the University’s Board of Regents. He also provided leadership on several university and law school committees. Mr. Abraham was recognized by the law school with the school’s prestigious Dean’s Award.
He is licensed to practice law in Maryland (active); the District of Columbia (inactive); and Ohio, including its federal courts (inactive).

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Abraham remains deeply committed to serving the aging population. Mr. Abraham has been a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA, member #146) almost since its inception. He is also involved with the Geriatric Assistance Information Network of Harford County (GAIN), and is a former President and continuing Board member of the Maryland Senior Resource Network (MSRN).
